.... and yet
there is always hope

for however hard it might seem
it is better to untangle the knots
than to burn the rope

Ropes are easy. Try untangling coils of metal wire!

Nice photos. And I like the last verse a lot - I've had the same feeling way too many times.

cannot agree. why tie the knots then?
ok, watch them stay furiously coiled refusing to be burnt..

Good one. Just came across ur blog n find it interesting.
Ur other post abt gals very aptly captures my sentiment.

n abt this post i wud say,

Not evry1 has the courage to go 4 untangling the knots when met with,
the lesser mortals find burning as the easy way out,
but its the former who actually is the winner,
coz life will again come up with situations,
asking 4 tht rope,
it is then when the other ppl who had burnt it wud seem wanting.

...and we
go on living

hoping we'll get by life,
as we fritter away, trying to
get by the knots that
have us roped in life, maybe
knotted for worse...

If you want the bond to hold, bite on it - free and bold.

Else, its best to burn the bridges once you have crossed them and are not likely to return. They serve no other purpose.

You know youre actually turning this into a separate genre of art altogether- these lines that fit so unbelievably with the lines - what'd you call it - photopoetry? Nah - thats so bloody commonplace and boring - wel you think about it. :)

Even when untangled, the rope would be weak at the points where knots were...no point having a weak rope, of no use. Don't burn..just leave it.
