Some hearts can never be given - like a song you can listen to anytime but cannot download.

But they can still be broken.

you just have to try a bit harder. if you like the song that much, you'll search for a link to download it and find it. it's not impossible coz there is no song that doesn't have a permanent download link somewhere. it could be on the 18th page of google but it would be there. so all hearts are meant to be given. it just takes courage and resolve. only those who have had too much of heartbreak or are too scared of heartbreak think that their hearts are not meant to be given. they're wrong and it's a fact. but i guess you can't make someone believe something if they don't want to. even if it is as real as the sun that shines.

Broken hearts might still mend. Broken links just get dumped. Or, is it the other way 'round?

rod stewart? Nice raspy voice, but hate songs about hearts. If he really wants someone to listen to his heart, he should see a doctor!
What's up SWB? Why this sudden softness? Tell all to mother.

Have a nice weekend SwB! :) I'm going to have a very busy and scattered one I fear. :( Don't you just hate it when weekends are packed to the gills? Albeit with entertainment?
Hope you liked the Radiohead song I mentioned.

It's all a matter of looking in the right place at the right time...or might I say, destiny :)

loved the analogy, swb.

yeah, some are like that. i'd suggest take pleasure in the listening part - the fleeting non-permanent nature of streaming is sometimes actually more comforting and rewarding than downloading something, taking it for granted and stashing it somewhere in a database.

now does that sound heartless? i hope not! :)
